Marketing and Photography Blended Together
Let's face it, there is no one size fits all marketing strategy. A lot of businesses are at different stages in the journey. Whether you are just starting out, in the middle of all the chaos, or on top of it all and need to keep it growing, digital marketing is an on going task that always needs to be fueled. Also, not all businesses fit into one channel of digital marketing. To stay ahead and on top, we need to find the perfect marketing channels specific to your business. Paid ads, email marketing, and content are a few that have a huge impact on the success of your business.
I love photography. As a kid, I always picked up the National Geographic's in school and loved looking at the beautiful landscapes and different perspectives. I didn't make into becoming a photographer for Nat Geo, but I have become the type of photographer I've wanted to be which is creating my own style and techniques from my own perspectives. I love getting creative with street photography capturing the urban streets of down town cities. That has turned into capturing people and portraits which has lead to an array of different areas of photography that I have pursued.
Marketing & Photography Together
What is marketing with out photography? Just words. Does that interest people? Yeah. Maybe a few. Images in marketing is what drives the visual aspect of marketing which makes up close to 80% of what we see in all types of marketing. What helps us keep interest while reading a long web article or blog post? Pictures. Yes, they are worth a thousand words as the old adage goes. Who would argue that? Nobody. We see it everyday and is what keeps us scrolling. Why am I telling you this? Well, I have the opportunity to be a marketer and photographer. The two things that make sense to pair up together. Like toothbrush and tooth paste. PB&J. Milk and Cookies. John Stockton and Karl Malon. Bacon and... Well everything! You get it. It just makes sense to pair these two up to not waste time thinking of what images should I pair up with my marketing. Hmm, well let's just go out and take the perfect picture to match it up. Have products? Well you need to sell them right? I know a trick that will sell your product. High quality photographs! And, I know just the images to shoot that will help promote your products. The right size, look, color, you name it.
